Our Manufacturing Process

Every KPLD tool holder begins with carefully selected high-grade steel. The steel plates are cut to size, then machined on advanced CNC machining centers to form the tool holder body. After machining, each tool holder undergoes automated heat treatment to improve hardness and rigidity. The insert pocket is precision ground to ensure a perfect fit with the insert, and the surface is polished for durability and appearance.
